Things to know before arrival

We’re so excited to be welcoming you back to stay with us once again. With so many guests returning, and with our additional Premier Inn CleanProtect hygiene measures in place, it may take a little longer than usual to get your room ready for you – just know that we’re working as fast as we can. Thank you for being patient with us if we’re running a little late.

What's the earliest I can check in?
If your stay is on or before 30th September, check-in time will be 4pm. If you’re staying with us from 1st October 2021 onwards, check-in time will be from 3pm. With the addition of our Premier Inn CleanProtect promise, we’ve changed our check-in time slightly to ensure our teams have extra time to prepare your room thoroughly and make it perfect for your arrival.

Is there a latest check in time?
Reception is staffed 24/7 but please let our team on reception know if you’ll be arriving after 11pm, however, as the doors may be locked for security reasons.

What’s the latest I can check out?
Check out is by 12 noon on your departure date. Our teams are happy to store any luggage for you if you’d like to check out before 12 – this helps us get a head start on cleaning for other guests arriving that day, too.

Extending your stay?
If you wish to extend your stay with us, please contact our friendly team on reception before midday and they’ll let you know if our hotel has availability.
