How to make a new booking?

Looking to book your next trip? To get started, type the place you want to visit into the search bar at the top of this page, as well as your ideal dates and number of guests. Plus, thanks to our range of different room rates, you’ll have the freedom to choose the right flexibility for your stay.

Planning on making a group booking with us? If you’re looking to book between five and nine hotel rooms, give us a call on 0333 003 8101, Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm. For bookings of 10 rooms or more, head over to our group bookings page for more information.

Terms and conditions

Due to high demand, our call centre is currently very busy. For questions about an existing booking, we recommend checking out our FAQs page for links to our booking terms and conditions.

We’re unable to offer refunds for any cancellations which fall outside of the terms and conditions of the rate you booked with, regardless of the reasons for cancellation. However, there is always the option to amend your booking to a date within 18 months of your original booking on a like for like basis – please see our terms and conditions for more information. Please check out our rates page to understand more about our booking options, particularly our most flexible rate, Flex.

In the event that the government introduces stricter lockdown measures which make it illegal for us to allow you to stay at the hotel you’ve booked, refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. In cases where we’re unable to accept your booking due to our legal requirements, we’ll contact you to cancel or amend your stay. You still have responsibility for your own compliance with legal measures and should ensure that you keep up to date with regulations and what they mean for you. Individual personal circumstances won’t change the position of our terms and conditions, so please make sure that when you book, you choose the right flexibility for your stay.
