We take real steps to protect our guests, whether that’s through our strict CleanProtect cleanliness standards, ensuring reception is manned 24 hours a day 7 days a week, or ensuring we have a restaurants on site or next door to all of our hotels.

We have restaurants on-site or close by all our hotels, which is ideal if you’re arriving late or you just want a convenient place to eat with as little travel time as possible. You’ll always find a warm welcome at our restaurants – they’re relaxing places to eat, drink and unwind after a long journey. Most of our restaurants have nooks, crannies and corners where you can enjoy your meal undisturbed. If you’d like more privacy, please speak to our team members and they’ll do their best to get you a more secluded table where you’ll feel more comfortable.

We want you to feel safe from the moment you arrive

We want to make sure our hotels are safe and welcoming places, you’ll find parking on-site or nearby almost all our hotels, and in many cases, they’re owned and operated by us too. If you’re travelling late at night or alone, most of the time you’ll be able to park up and walk straight into the hotel.  

 

We also take extra steps to help reassure and protect solo travellers who are staying with us:

 

• When you check in, we'll hand you your room details discreetly and we won't say your room number out loud, so no details about you can be overheard at reception 

• Where possible, we won’t check vulnerable or solo female travellers into rooms that are on the ground floor or at the end of a corridor.

• Every Premier Inn has a door entry system and only Premier Inn guests can enter after 11pm at night 

• Every bedroom door is fitted with a deadlock or chain for the most protection. 

 

Plus, if your company books through our booking tool Business Booker you can easily locate employees and know who to contact in case of an emergency, as your safety is our top priority.

Premier Inn CleanProtect

We’ve taken extra steps to make sure our hotels are as clean and safe as possible. Our rigorous and thorough CleanProtect programme includes protective screens at reception, hand sanitiser across our hotels, protective equipment for our teams and regular wiping and cleaning of high-use services. We know restrictions are lifting, but we want to carry on making sure our hotels remain safe so our guests can rest easy when they’re with us.
