What will I find in my Premier Inn room?
Every Premier Inn room features an en-suite bathroom, super-comfy double or kingsize* bed with duvet, remote control TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and desk area. We also offer irons, hairdryers, and free travel cot hire - all available on request.
Does Premier Inn offer free Wi-Fi?
Yes, we’re pleased to offer all our guests free Wi-Fi - great for browsing the web for as long as want, anywhere in our hotels.
If you want an enhanced Wi-Fi experience with the ability to download larger files and stream more music, upgrade to our Ultimate Wi-Fi for £5 for 24 hours. Select ‘Premier Inn Ultimate Wi-Fi’ from your list of available networks and either buy a voucher available from reception (where available) or pay by credit card, debit card, Premier Inn business account card or PayPal.
Wi-Fi device exclusions apply. Only devices with a web browser and the ability to connect to a public service are able to access the network, please check your device for compatibility. Do rooms have air conditioning?
Not all of our hotel rooms have air conditioning. To find out if your chosen Premier Inn hotel has air conditioned rooms, please see the individual hotel details page.
Are travel adaptors for electrical devices provided?
No, if you're coming from abroad to stay in a Premier Inn hotel, you may need to bring along a UK travel adapter. Plugs in the UK are 3-pronged and run at 220-240V.
If you’re staying in our hotel Frankfurt Messe in Germany you may need to bring along a Type F travel adapter. Plugs in Germany are 2-pronged and run at 230V.
What TV channels can I get at a Premier Inn?
Most of our hotels now have Freeview TVs installed, with the full range of Freeview channels. Where Freeview is not available the channels available include the five standard terrestrial channels, CBeebies, BBC News 24, BBC Three and ITV2.
How often are your rooms cleaned?
As part of our Premier Inn CleanProtect promise, we've enhanced the process we use to clean all our hotel rooms. On arrival day, you’ll check into a super-comfy room that’s been cleaned to our new Premier Inn CleanProtect standards. It’s all part of our new and improved cleaning regime to ensure that the safety of our guests and team members is always our top priority – now more than ever before.
Are there phones in your rooms?
As the majority of our guests have personal mobile phones, some of our rooms don't have telephones. Local rate numbers for our reception teams can be found in every room.
Do you have any smoking rooms?
All of our hotels in the UK, Ireland and Germany operate a no-smoking policy throughout.
