What’s the difference between your Business Flex, Flex, Semi-Flex, Advance, Standard and Non-Flex rates?

Business Flex is our most flexible rate – ideal if you think your plans might change. With Business Flex, you can cancel or amend your stay up to 1pm on the day you’re due to arrive. Business Flex also gives business guests exclusive discounts compared to our standard Flex rate. Business Flex is only available to business guests who book through our free online booking tool, Business Booker.

 

Our standard Flex rate is available to all our guests. Flex has the same flexible booking terms, but no exclusive business discounts. Our Business Flex and Flex rates are the only rates that allow you to pay on arrival.

 

With our Semi-Flex rate, you can cancel or amend your booking up to three days before your arrival date and you can change your arrival date up to 1pm on the day you’re due to arrive.

 

Advance bookings can be cancelled or amended 28 days before your arrival date and your arrival date can be changed up to 1pm on the day you’re due to arrive.

 

Our Standard and Non-Flex rates can only be cancelled up to 24 hours after booking. With our Standard rate you can change your arrival date up to 1pm on the day you’re due to arrive. You can’t make any changes to your booking if you book Non-Flex.

When are these rates available?

We always offer Business Flex and Flex rates if rooms are available at a hotel. Other rates are subject to availability, but we make sure that the options we offer when you book are right for you.

Are prices shown per person or per room?

Our rates are per room, per night and include VAT. Meals aren’t included in the room price.

 

When you book, we'll give you a total price for the rooms and number of nights you've requested.

Can I pay when I arrive at the hotel?

You can pay on arrival if you book with our Business Flex or Flex rates. With all our other rates, you’ll need to pay when you book.

Do you hold any rooms back for telephone bookings?

No, we don’t hold any rooms back for telephone bookings – you can find all our available rooms on Business Booker, on premierinn.com or on our mobile app. You’ll always find our lowest prices online, too.
