What is speedy check-in?
We have installed speedy check-in kiosks at some of our larger hotels to improve your check-in experience; they are designed to reduce the time it takes you to check-in, get your room key and start enjoying your Premier Inn stay.
Our speedy check-in kiosks are easy to use, so no need to wait to check-in at the hotel reception desk.
What information will I need to check-in?
The kiosks will recognise you with two pieces of information; the name the reservation was made for, the post code from your reservation or your reservation number. All of this information can be found on your booking confirmation email. Have this information to hand and your check-in will be quick and easy.
Alternatively, if you reserved your room with a credit or debit card, the same card can be used to retrieve your booking even faster using our kiosks.
International guests will also need to enter their passport number during the check-in process, please bring your passport or have your passport number to hand.
What if I need help with speedy check-in?
We have team members on hand 24 hours a day to help guests using our speedy check-in kiosks.
What if I need to amend my reservation on arrival?
Please speak to a member of the team in reception who will be happy to assist.
