Finding the website a bit slow?
We’ve been getting great feedback about our new website, but a small number of users have been finding some pages quite slow to load. We’re working to fix this at the moment, but if you do experience any issues you may find closing ALL browser windows and trying again helps.
This solves most problems. If this doesn’t work, the team in our Customer Contact Centre is happy to make your booking or answer any questions. They’re available on 0870 242 8000, 8am-8pm (9am-8pm on Sundays). Outside these times, Tina, our automated receptionist, is able to take bookings and cancellations.

This website has been designed to work with the following browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 and above, Mozilla Firefox 1.0 and above, Apple Safari 1.0 and above. If you are running an older browser version, the following links will assist you to upgrade to the latest versions:
