Finding the website a bit slow?

We’ve been getting great feedback about our new website, but a small number of users have been finding some pages quite slow to load. We’re working to fix this at the moment, but if you do experience any issues you may find closing ALL browser windows and trying again helps.

This solves most problems. If this doesn’t work, the Central Reservations team are happy to make your booking or answer any questions. They’re available on 0871 527 9239*and are open from 8am – 10pm Monday to Saturday and 9am - 10pm on Sundays. Outside these times, Tina, our automated receptionist, is able to take bookings and cancellations.
