We’ve spotted what we’re calling the Bridgerton Effect, following a boost of 20% for bookings at our Bath hotel after the hit Netflix show Bridgerton aired on 25th December 2020.

As many of us in the UK were stuck at home over Christmas, the show left many wistfully dreaming of Regency romances and pining for beautiful British architecture and stately homes. To make those dreams a reality, it seems a lot of people turned to us to book stays and follow in the footsteps of the Duke and Duchess, and Lady Danbury.

Series two is due to start filming this spring and will likely feature other familiar locations across the UK. Fans might be hopeful of catching a glimpse of the dashing Duke of Hastings, or at least taking in some of the locations where the series was filmed.

To help all you brilliant Bridgerton fans, we’ve compiled our top 10 hotel locations near some of Bridgerton’s most iconic filming locations.
