"APPALLING ROOM - USED AS BROTHEL"
Hotel is a brothel !!
Apparently my room had been cleaned and signed off by a Supervisor - if the hoover had gone anywhere near the bed edge then it would have been removed
But used Condom was left in the room - see photos
Offered ÂŁ34 upon Premier Inns "matrix of compensation"
Its a low level complaint apparently!!
Bodily fluid , STD and Health hazard
Hotel Manager was too busy to talk to me despite staying in the hotel
The room was also subject to planned minor repairs - AGAIN no communication upon checking in as personal items were left in room and at the mercy of potential unscrupulous people
Shoddy workmanship and bathroom left with tile grout smeared everywhere!
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - AS YOULL PROBABLY CATCH SOMETHING!!

"Great start"
We found the location to be good and the room was lovely and had everything we needed it was great value for the money. The staff was lovely and friendly the receptionist always said good morning and asked how our day was she even asked us how the concert was that we was going too. I thought that it was lovely that she remembered about the concert. I would definitely book to go back there if we are ever back that way.
