    "Really friendly, professional team!"
So appreciated the front of house staff on both Friday night and Saturday morning. Really smiley, bright and welcoming… Much the best we’ve had on our travels!
    "Expensive"
At £156 a night with no added breakfast was a joke , no extras in room , a shower in a bath with no bath mat ( slippery & dangerous ) thin walls & noise from car park outside window , disappointment
"The New pub. Which was the Premier inn."
Went in the pub which was taken over, ordered a Serloin steak MEDIUM, well am not going to Lie, when it came out was still twhiching. Cut into it & it was hemraging blood, asked for it to go back& be cooked, 10 minutes later it came back, I cut it long ways in half & 6 pints of blood flooded the plate. Went it back as I couldn't eat it. Got a refund & went else where.
"A bit tired - and no decent food next door any more."
A bit of a tired hotel, in need of a spruce-up, but the rooms are good, a very comfy bed and the breakfast in the morning was fine too. Shame about the wifi quality (and the fact that they offer you an upgrade to wifi for an extra £5 a day, which I regard as a rip-off). They really ought to have advice on places to go to eat. It is no longer a Beefeater next door, but a very poorly run and scruffy pub. They do allegedly serve food there, but during my three nights stay there was no food one day, and only left-over carvery from lunchtime on another. Not Premier Inn's fault, but they could let customers know what is in the vicinity. But, for what I wanted it was still fine, and I would certainly use it again if I needed somewhere in the area.
    "Very mixed impressions"
Probably the most 'tired' Premier Inn I've ever stayed at. Only mitigated by the staff, many of whom were excellent. The whole impression was very shabby. That said, whilst it was so, everything that was supposed to work did so. Free internet wasn't even 1 Mbit in speed. Of course, it's not 'free' we just don't need to pay up front further.
