Bristol East (Emersons Green) hotel

We have stayed here several times but since the old restaurant was taken over as a pub, it has deteriorated. The area outside the Wetherspoons Inn right next door to the Premier Reception was already teeming with shouting children and people smoking when we arrived. When we returned from dinner in Bristol the crowd was still lurking about and there was even a football being kicked about. There was a steady level of shouting and milling about which came to a head at about 1am. I phoned the reception and got a robot and a tick list....I persevered until a human came on who (to his credit) managed to get a crowd of loud mouthed, drunk idiots to move on. By now our holiday was spoiled from the first day. GUARANTEED GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP......joke.

Another nice stay here, friendly and efficient staff. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast - best of all the Prems we stay at.

Arrived as usual for my 2 nights whilst working near Bristol and Emma, Front of desk always smiley Happy, Always goes out of her way to be the best version of herself and to make my life easier. So Thanks again to Emma for taking the time out to be Great Regards Charles

Why can’t all hotels be this pleasant? Receptionists was happy, smiling and very welcoming, the family room was spacious and neat and the breakfast was superb. All the staff were pleasant and the cost of our stay was pre lockdown price.

Without exception, all of the staff have the most wonderful attitude of being helpful, kind, courteous and happy! It’s the kind of customer service you always hope for at a hotel, but don’t always get. The hotel was great and the breakfasts are delicious… this combined with the first class service of the staff, made my stay and absolute pleasure. Thank you!
