      "Bare twin bed"
Booked a twin room, but on arrival late at night the second bed had not been made up, Reception was 2 floors below, and we have mobility problems, so being very very tired we tried sleeping in the one double bed, but had a terrible night. If you have boode a twin then both beds should be ready. Also price increased from £50 when looking to £94 when booked three days later. Premier Inns appear to be going downhill with closing restaurants and now no tooth mugs, no biscuits, no tissues, minimal towels and so on.
      "Visiting family"
The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Triple glasing cut out all the road noise. As the weather was very hot the air conditioning, that we could adjust, a god send. The staff lovely and friendly. Will definitely stay here next time we are down visiting family
      "A shabby hotel"
A disappointing stay. The bedroom and bathroom were tired with marks on the walks. Similarly, the restaurant looks tired with the tables heavily worn. Overall it’s a shabby place. The only positive is the comfortable bed. You can’t open the bedroom window on the ground floor so the room is stale and the extract fan in the bathroom either doesn’t work or not well enough so that using the shower or running a bath steams up the bathroom and the bedroom. But the worst thing about the hotel is the car park shared with the adjacent MacDonalds. It’s difficult to find a space and it feels rather unsecure.
      "Hotel OK food terrible"
Hotel & room ok bathroom had very dirty tile grout and mouldy sealant. Situated on a busy road with a fast food restaurant next door so lots of cars limited parking at wrong times. Hotels food offering was awful processed rubbish served up by not enough staff long waits (over an hour) for fish & chips obviously not a chef just the receptionist and one other heating ready prepared rubbish. Breakfast was same lots of food but all horrible rubbish heated up and left out. Service from a single person struggling to cope meant long waits for this stuff as well. All in all hotel is ok but dont bother with the food it is awful quantity not quality not my cup of tea at all.
      "Guy’s night out"
The stay was great. Had a good time and a few drinks with some friends in town. The staff is really friendly. The hot female's receptionist was great as she lights up the room with her smile when I came in a little early. The blonde guy in the evening was nice, kind and helpful when I came in a little later. however I did ask him for the female receptionist name which was on earlier, he did not give me her name, seemed weird making it difficult but I guess I understand. Overall the stay was great but unfortunately I wanted to say bye to the female that was on.
