      "Cleaned to a high standard"
Location is very easy to find. Parking was abit of a struggle. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard and breakfast was lovely, loads to choose from. Rooms had plenty of towels/extra pillows etc.
"Popular, first to be booked for town centre. "
Free Parking, shares car parking with McDonald's restaurant. Lidl and Tesco’s 2 mins drive away. On site restaurant (Tyme Restaurant) basic menu but enough to choose. Rooms are clean and what you'd expect from a Premier Inn. Staff were very helpful and courteous.
      "A mixed bag"
Service generally good and room fine but air conditioning not working in room. Reception guy tried to sort but no success. Dinner on meal deal was good service and food. Unfortunately breakfast not good. Major items, fried eggs and bacon, missing and took 20 mins plus to be replenished after chasing, scrambled egg old with crust on top. Chef seemed to be missing most of the time. Service in restaurant fine but seemed short of staff.
      "Bare twin bed"
Booked a twin room, but on arrival late at night the second bed had not been made up, Reception was 2 floors below, and we have mobility problems, so being very very tired we tried sleeping in the one double bed, but had a terrible night. If you have boode a twin then both beds should be ready. Also price increased from £50 when looking to £94 when booked three days later. Premier Inns appear to be going downhill with closing restaurants and now no tooth mugs, no biscuits, no tissues, minimal towels and so on.
      "Visiting family"
The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Triple glasing cut out all the road noise. As the weather was very hot the air conditioning, that we could adjust, a god send. The staff lovely and friendly. Will definitely stay here next time we are down visiting family
