Sleep tips for little dreamers

It’s not always easy to get your little ones off to sleep when you’re away from home. It’s an unfamiliar environment for them, new and exciting – and you’re in the room too! But don’t worry, help is here.

We’ve asked sleep experts, The Children’s Sleep Charity, to share their top sleep tips to help kids nod off in no time, wherever they are. Tips like switching off the TV an hour before bedtime, enjoying a warm bath and not eating too much sugar and caffeine. Actually, it’s pretty good advice for grown-ups too!
