Back in 2012, we pledged to raise £7.5 million to fund a brand new wing for Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital. The vital new Premier Inn Clinical Building will see outdated wards replaced with brand new state of the art facilities for seriously ill children, giving patients and their families the comfort and privacy they need.
For the last four years we’ve been busy raising money to make this happen, thinking of fun ways to fundraise and taking part in thousands of activities across the country. Today, we’re absolutely delighted to announce that we’ve reached our £7.5 million target a year ahead of schedule!
We’re so proud of this achievement and would like to say a huge thank you for all your kindness and support over the last four years – we couldn’t have done it without you.
Simon Ewins, our Chief Operating Officer announced the fantastic news: “We’re delighted to have raised £7.5million for GOSH. I would like to say huge congratulations to all our fantastic team members who have made this happen over the last few years. We’re so proud to support this extremely important charity and can’t wait to see the Premier Inn Clinical Building open its doors to patients next year.”
