Wedding season is here, which means guests across the UK will be booking great-value rooms, packing their finest suits and dresses, and travelling to venues in top UK destinations. Let’s face it though – sometimes, after a day spent crumpled up in a suitcase, your wedding-best can end up looking a little worse for wear.

Friday 5th to Sunday 7th June marks one of the busiest weekends for UK weddings, so to help wedding guests look their best, we decided to partner with Tefal to bring you the Crease-Free Concierge. Powered by AeroSteam, Tefal’s latest innovation in garment steamers, this one-day-only free steaming service will be available on Saturday 6th June to guests staying at our Ross-on-Wye hotel in Herefordshire, our Northwich (Sandiway) hotel in Cheshire or our Bank (Tower) hotel in London.

From dresses and shirts to suits and jumpsuits, our specialised Crease-Free Concierge can tackle every kind of crease crisis. All guests need to do is request a helping hand at check-in, and the steam team will help you look polished, confident, and crumple-free for the big day.

Items will be steamed by ‘Crease‑Free Concierge’ in a designated steaming room within the hotel that the service is available at only. Though the ‘Crease‑Free Concierge’ team are trained steaming experts, we cannot accept liability for any damages caused by the steaming service.
