"Relaxing break"
Room was lovely & clean & spacious. Location was ideal for Monmouth, Ross n Wye & Hereford. Nice & quiet.

"A Mixed review"
We were given a basic, clean quiet room for our two night stay. Staff were extremely helpful and booking in was easy. We had absolutely no issues with the service given by the staff on duty. They were however trying to deal with both the front desk booking people into the hotel, at the same time as serving on tables in the restaurant. Having booked the meal deal for the first night, we found the food left much to be desired. Dinner was poor and breakfast next morning whilst available had several obvious items missing including crockery. Muesli whilst on the menu, was unavailable in both standard or gluten free versions. Accompaniment such as Marmalade and strawberry jam were also unavailable. The staff seemed to spend time trying to find items and apologising for lack of them, none of which was their fault.

"Amazing hotel for local wedding venues!"
Friends and I stayed at this hotel for a wedding. It was a great hotel and the staff were incredible. On numerous occasions I needed assistance with an extra key, finding a taxi, and even a staff member helping to knock on the door to wake up a sleepy groomsmen. Very happy with my stay!

"100% brilliant - thoroughly recommend - excellent restaurant"
We visited about 10 years ago and it was excellent all round then, and delighted to say they have maintained their excellent high standards. Room and facilities very clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water, TV had loads of easily accessible channels, guest wifi brilliant and easy to access. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Highlight was the food - stayed 2 nights and breakfasts and evening meals were cooked and presented superbly - even with a different chef each night . They can certainly cook well, delivering excellent food on hot plates. Our side salad was obviously just freshly prepared and delicious - can't fault at all. I would highly recommend this Premier Inn . One thing, do not be put off by the entrance off the roundabout as there is building work taking place in their former off-site adjacent restaurant. Their restaurant is now all in-house and so BRILLIANT! Thank you for a such lovely and relaxing stay ( 19th, 20th & 21st May ) - J Payne
