"100% brilliant - thoroughly recommend - excellent restaurant"
We visited about 10 years ago and it was excellent all round then, and delighted to say they have maintained their excellent high standards. Room and facilities very clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water, TV had loads of easily accessible channels, guest wifi brilliant and easy to access. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Highlight was the food - stayed 2 nights and breakfasts and evening meals were cooked and presented superbly - even with a different chef each night . They can certainly cook well, delivering excellent food on hot plates. Our side salad was obviously just freshly prepared and delicious - can't fault at all. I would highly recommend this Premier Inn . One thing, do not be put off by the entrance off the roundabout as there is building work taking place in their former off-site adjacent restaurant. Their restaurant is now all in-house and so BRILLIANT! Thank you for a such lovely and relaxing stay ( 19th, 20th & 21st May ) - J Payne

A good experience here with 2 rooms. One for us and one for my mother.Great new refurbished bathrooms - new bath screens instead of shower curtain. Some updated items in the room too although there was lots of electric sockets and mobile charger sockets but they were halfway up a wall with no desk underneath. Small round table was over by the window. Great breakfast as always in Premier Inn. This was cooked to order. Good to have the option of a gluten free cereal now too as well as bread.

"Convenient or is it ?"
Very convenient hotel if passing by on the M50 however not convenient for walking into Ross -on Wye …its position it slightly out of town so transport is recommended.As for the hotel it looks like its had a refit nice large bedrooms with all mod cons …and o& course the famous beds for a good nights sleep.Breakfast /dinner is served the “Social “ bar restaurant which is modern and tasteful in decor

All the staff were lovely and attentive.
Room and bed were clean and comfy. I loved the bed and had a good night sleep.
Enjoyed the air con to keep the room cool as I get hot in the night.
Shower was lovely and easy to use and the food in restaurant was decent 👌
