"Avoid at all costs"
Mould on walls and ceiling of our bedroom with overbearing smell of mold too. No apology from receptionist, she just said that it gets better in the Summer as the weather gets drier. Bed sheets were a foot too small for the bed so if you're tall like we are your feet are on the mattress protector where everyone elses feet have been. Receptionist when checking in was miserable but other receptionists were very nice. We stay in Premier Inns every 1-2 months and have always been very happy but this has certainly put us off booking another. Disgraceful for £100 per night very run down inside with bowing ceilings with rain damage in hallway upstairs.

This premier inn is tired and needs a refresh , love the premier inn brand , but , on this occasion , arrived late to a musty smelling room , lovely lady on reception offered to move us , but our friend who were also staying said there room was the same , so didn’t see the point , we opened the window while we went for dinner and it was better on our return . I had breakfast on the Saturday and apart from good coffee and orange juice , the cooked breakfast was very poor , poor quality ingredients that had been sat around for a while keeping warm . Having said all this the staff are superb , the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable .
