"Friendly welcome."
Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. Would benefit from aircon and improved WiFi (we paid for the premium WIFI). The Blue Cap pub next door has recently been refurbished and is perfect to relax with drinks and food.

Thanks to Bridget on reception, my daughter and 3 grandkids had a great holiday; she helped me get an additional (interconnected) room at short notice, as I’d forgotten to arrange 2 rooms for a family of five, she helped us carry our volume of luggage to our upstairs room and she arranged for our young ones beds to be changed after they’d had messy accidents on several occasions and, all with a big smile. Nothing seemed to much trouble to her, she is a great asset to the Sandiway team, thank you

We recently stayed at the Premier Inn Northwich (Sandiway) for two nights to attend my nephew's wedding. From the moment we arrived, the reception greeting was fabulous. The staff were very courteous, welcoming, and clearly explained all the hotel details for our stay.
The day before the wedding, I had a minor beauty emergency. It was Bank Holiday Monday at 3:55 PM, the local shops were closing, and the nearest open one was a 10-minute drive away. I was explaining to Mary on reception that I had removed my toe nail varnish but realized I'd left my replacement bottle at home—and I had open-toed sandals to wear the next day!
To my absolute amazement, Mary phoned her colleague Bridget and asked if she could bring some of her own nail varnish in the following morning.
I was blown away by the lengths these lovely ladies went to just to help me out. On top of that, they couldn't have been more helpful with directing us to the wedding venue.
Mary and Bridget, a massive thank you to you both! You made our stay unforgettable.

Stayed 2 nights.The room was bigger than we expected,the shower worked fine.Staff on reception were helpful- I would single out Bridget and ? Louise in this respect. The food in the pub next door was steady if unspectacular
