We’ve designed our ground floors to be an extension of our rooms in terms of the quality and comfort they offer. Our flexible ground floors provide a modern, warm and friendly place to work, meet colleagues and relax.
Our flexible ground floors are available to guests 24/7, close to reception and the bar. With open plan seating, comfortable chairs, free Wi-Fi and either plug sockets or wireless charging points, our flexible ground floors are perfect whether you want a change of scenery from your room while you’re working on a big project, prepping for an important presentation with colleagues or if you just need a quick five minute catch up with your team before heading off.
Food and drink are served throughout the day and most of our flexible ground floors include access to an on-site restaurant. From breakfast to lunch and dinner, meals are available to enjoy as you keep working. During the day, our bars also serve freshly baked goods, snacks and coffee. Our bar areas are stylish and modern, serving a range of quality drinks and an enhanced gin range to enjoy after a busy day at work.

Our integrated floors double as a great meeting space for colleagues, and an alternative to meetings in your room. You’ll have everything you need to host calls, share screens and run presentations thanks to our free Wi-Fi, well-placed plug sockets and wireless charging points. Our lounge areas are warm and homely, and great for unwinding and relaxed debriefs with colleagues after long days at work.
Our new Work, Meet, Connect flexible ground floors have been designed to be a new meeting space in the heart of the city. We have these great spaces at a number of hotels including at our Premier Inn Kings Cross, Blackfriars and Angel hotels.
A break from working from home
Because our lounge areas are so comfortable and have such a great atmosphere, they’re ideal for a break from working from home if your office isn’t open yet, or if you just need a midway point before going back. Our flexible ground floors give you the flexibility to work from a safe, secure and clean environment that’s not the same room you’ve been working in for the past year in lockdown. You have the sense of working with and around other people again, but in a safe environment with coffee and snacks on hand whenever you want them.
