What are the prices of the beds?
Prices for the different sizes of the Premier Inn bed are detailed below. Prices include VAT at the current rate and installation. They also include delivery to ‘mainland’ locations in the UK. Delivery to other UK locations is available at a surcharge. Please check delivery charges with Hypnos.

How long will it take to make and deliver the bed?
Hypnos and their home delivery agent aim to make and deliver the bed within 28 working days.
Who will I be buying the bed from?
Whilst Premier Inn are exclusively promoting this unique service, your contract for the purchase and supply of a ‘Premier Inn bed’ will be with Hypnos Contract Beds Limited (Hypnos), and will be on Hypnos terms and conditions of sale. What is the role of Hypnos?
Hypnos does not sell its products directly to the public, only through its retail partners. However Premier Inn wanted to establish a unique service which would allow guests to purchase the exclusively designed Premier Inn bed. Hypnos has agreed to take orders and payments to supply the Premier Inn beds and to organise bed delivery, installation and disposal via a third party home delivery agent.
When do I pay for the bed?
Payment in full will be taken at the time the order is placed with Hypnos, either by debit card or credit card – payment by credit card will incur a 2.5% additional charge. If payment is refused or reversed after dispatch of the bed(s), Hypnos have the right to request payment or to recover the bed(s) from you.
Once I place my order, what happens next?
The order will be processed by Hypnos. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed which will confirm your unique reference number and Hypnos’ contact details. One of Hypnos’ home delivery agents will be in contact to arrange a suitable time and date to deliver your bed(s). Hypnos aims to deliver within 28 working days.
Is there a limit on number of beds that can be purchased?
Yes, a maximum of 3 beds can be purchased per household.
Can you help dispose of my old bed?
Hypnos can arrange to collect and dispose of your old bed and mattress. This needs to be done at the same time as delivery. There is a cost for this additional service which must be paid for at the time of placing and paying for your bed order. The extra cost is £50.
Can the bed be delivered to a room of my choice?
Yes, Hypnos’ home delivery agent will install the bed in your preferred room, as identified by you when placing the order, subject to your having disclosed any relevant access restrictions when you place your order. The home delivery agent will take all reasonable care in installing and positioning the bed(s) in your desired room. Because of the nature of the product any minor scuffs and damage sustained during installation will be at your risk.
