A qualifying stay can be made any night of the week providing the stay is in a UK Premier Inn hotel and the stay is at a qualifying room rate between 22nd September 2014 and 31st January 2015. Qualifying room rates are Rack, Packages, Fixed Corporate, Premier Saver, Premier Flexible and Offer rates above £39. All other rates are excluded from this promotion.
All qualifying stays will be confirmed after your stay has been completed. This will be sent via email within a couple of days of check out. If you don’t receive this email please check your junk mail or check that the email address you have provided on your My Premier Inn profile is correct. If your stay was booked via your enrolled My Premier Inn profile and you're not sure if it has qualified then please call our Customer Contact Centre on 0845 362 0170*.
Consecutive nights at the same hotel will only qualify as a single stay, irrespective of the number of consecutive nights stayed.
This promotion is for the staying guest who will be awarded the free nights. The My Premier Inn profile used to book the room must match the guest details staying at the hotel.
Bookings made without being logged in to your My Premier Inn profile will not count towards your free night. However, if you have booked a Flexible Rate and realise before 1pm on the day of check in you can book an additional stay via your My Premier Inn profile (to make sure you have a room for the night) and then cancel your original booking free of charge. If you realise after 1pm or have booked a Premier Saver Rate you will not be able to cancel your room and unfortunately your stay will not count towards your free night.
Free nights must be booked within 28 days from when you earn your free night. All free nights can be redeemed any Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday before 26th February 2015. Free nights must be booked at least 7 days in advance. Free nights must be booked through the Customer Contact Centre on 0845 362 0170. Operating hours are 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday. Free nights are subject to availability of this promotion and may be unavailable during very high demand periods.
On consecutive night stays the free night will be applied to the first redeemable nights – e.g. in a stay consisting of a Friday, Saturday and Sunday the free night will be applied to the Friday night.
