The Employee Exclusive rate is valid at ALL our hotels (including hub, ZIP and in Germany), every day of the week with easy cancellations.
 

To get your discounted rate, remember to bring your Whitbread Privilege Card with you when you check-in. If you forget it, you’ll be charged the current Flex rate. 
 

• The discount only applies to current Flex rates and can only be booked online at: www.premierinn.com/employee-rate
• The discount is valid every day of the week
• The discount can be used at all our hotels, including hub, ZIP and in Germany
• You can book a maximum of two rooms per stay
• Discounted bookings can be made for any duration of stay, but one night stays may not always be available at weekends or during peak periods 
• There’s no limit on how many nights you can book throughout the year
• As the discount is for Flex rates, you’ll have until 1pm on the day of your booking to amend or cancel your booking
  
• As the Whitbread employee and card holder, you must be one of the guests staying at the hotel
• You’ll need to show your Whitbread Privilege Card at check-in and provide photo ID if asked
• You can’t use your Business Account Card or claim accommodation through expenses with this offer
• Your standard employee discount can still be used on breakfast and restaurant food in Whitbread restaurants only, including Thyme
• The discount cannot be applied when paying with Whitbread Leisure Vouchers, or in conjunction with any other promotions
• Usual booking terms and conditions and cancellation terms apply
