To spur on and inspire thousands of runners at the 2025 London Marathon, we renamed our London Canary Wharf (Westferry) hotel to ‘Keep Go-Inn’!
From first-timers to veteran victors, those taking part received a boost of encouragement in true Premier Inn style as they approached and exited the Limehouse Link tunnel.
To help all the London Marathon heroes get over the finish line, we changed the name of our Canary Wharf hotel to Keep Go-Inn!

A sight for sore eyes, Keep Go-Inn could be seen by runners on one of the most endurance-testing sections of the route. In fact, out of a poll of 457 people who have run the marathon, 43% said the section around the east of the city – between miles 15 and 21 – is one of the hardest parts.
While 42% struggled to keep their pace up around Canary Wharf. Of those, 44% were already exhausted before they got to the final quarter and 18% found it tricky with so far to go. One in 10 said they had already fallen behind the pacer they were following.
However, helping restore a never-give-up spirit, 94% said that support from the crowd was an important factor for motivation. While 75% went as far as saying they couldn’t have completed the marathon without cheering from the sidelines.
Motivating, supportive, energetic and uplifting were the top words to describe the marathon’s atmosphere on the day.
Marina Valerio, Hotel Manager at Keep Go-Inn, said:
“It’s been so fun renaming our hotel to support the amazing runners today. Breakfast this morning was a sea of runners getting ready to take on the challenge after a great night’s sleep and everyone was buzzing as they got themselves race ready.
The London Marathon is no mean feat, so we wanted to do our bit to encourage all the inspirational people who are taking part. The atmosphere has been so much fun. We’ve seen some celebrities run past as well as some hilarious fancy dress costumes.
We’ve also cheered on seven members of our team who are running for our long-standing charity partner, Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity, to help raise money to build a world-leading children’s cancer centre. We’re so proud of them.”
The research also found that 72% ranked a good night’s sleep the night before as one of the most important parts of preparing for running the 26.2-mile route. Meanwhile, 48% know a good breakfast is important, according to the OnePoll stats.
