We're a short walk from Waverley rail station. hub by Premier Inn does not have a car park. We're so central we would encourage you to leave your car at home and arrive by public transport.

"Excellent bargain in Edinburgh"
Excellent accommodation. Staff couldn't do enough help. Ver well situated for Waverley station.We'll be coming back.
"Cleanliness a big let down"
Hotel is in a great location, right next to Edinburgh Waverley train station and close to the centre. Check in and out is very easy and staff were helpful. The room itself is tiny, especially for two people. We only had one towel in the bathroom to share, and I felt that the shower was dirty. The carpet in the bedroom was dirty and the duvet was covered in yellow stains which completely put me off. I slept in my clothes to avoid sleeping in dirty bedding. Aircon was good although quite noisy, and although the control panel at the top of the bed was initially quite impressive, I soon realised I couldn’t sit up in bed to watch TV as it meant I was leaning on all of the buttons. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again especially considering we paid £180 for one night.
"Great location, modern & compact."
Great location, 5 min walk from Waverley Train Station. Room was compact, not uncomfortable & ideal for only 2 or 3 nights stay. The bed was large & comfy. No fridge, safe, tea or coffee but free coffee etc is available in the reception bar to take to your room. The beverage bar was limited to bottled beer but was open to guests until 01.00am. Our room was expensive but it was the same night as Oasis were playing in the city so was an unrealistic price, there were no average price hotels in Edinburgh.
"Great Location, Comfortable Stay — Could Improve Breakfast"
We stayed at Hub by Premier Inn (Royal Mile) for a few nights and were overall quite satisfied. The hotel is in a fantastic location—right on the Royal Mile and within walking distance to key attractions, restaurants, and the train station. The room was compact but smartly designed, clean, and perfect for a short city stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. One area that could be improved is the breakfast. While the porridge was warm, the overall warm and protein selection felt limited. Adding another protein and hot option—like scrambled eggs or ham—would really enhance the experience. All in all, this is a great spot for travelers looking for convenience, comfort, and a modern feel in the heart of Edinburgh.
"Great location, friendly staff, good price"
All hotel staff was extremely friendly, kind and professional. The location is just great, a few steps away from all the action (the Royal Mile is just 2 minutes up the hill), yet very quiet. The rooms is not very big but clean and comfortable with plenty space for storage including hangers. Would definitely stay again during my next visit to the wonderful Edinburgh.
