"Good value for money "

Stayed here for work. Nice & easy to find with good parking which is a big point for us as we have a long wheel based van. Good ground floor room with everything we need plus a fan which a lot of premier inns don’t provide. Also pub next door for food & drinks.

"Dangerous rooms and staff arguing with swearing infront of young children."

Myself and my family stayed at Epsom North 2 nights end of August and to be honest I was shocked that this has a Premier Inn sign over the door. First impressions is of a run down b&b and didn't get any better when we entered the room. On the sides of the beds there were sharp screws sticking out of the wall where the side tables used to be attached to the wall which are now clearly missing and replaced with small tables, and travelling with 2 young children this is not a feature I would recommend. Then on the Saturday night a car pulled up outside our room window with young boys playing loud music/drinking and taking drugs leaving all the paraphernalia behind, not the image a family business would like to see happen and definitely not my 2 young children! Upon transferring my luggage to the car prior to check out, the receptionist and I guess housekeeping staff were having an argument/heated debate for us all to hear and at least once the 'F' word was dropped in for my 5 & 10 year old to hear!! Upon returning to reception I spoke to the receptionist a lady with dark hair to raise my complaints and she assured me it never happened blatantly playing down everything that I had heard. I have stayed at many Premier Inns since lockdown has eased and this was underwhelming to say the least!!! Avoid at all costs if you have a young family!

This Premier Inn no longer has a breakfast facility which we had been used to. We stayed for four days. On arrival there was an electrical problem in the bathroom. This was immediately reported and again each day, but no action was taken. I mentioned it also on checking out, but no offer of any recompense was made. This was the first time for some years that we stayed at a Premier Inn after they introduced the silly policy [fire regulations they said, but this is not correct] of not allowing a family of four in a family room where one of the children is 18. Premier Inn standards have certainly dropped and we'll be returning to other brands.

The accomodation was clean if a little tired. comfortable beds. tv mediocore wi fi slow. The bath even for myself is high for getting into could do with shower rather than bath. Recommend cafe within 6 min walk as no breakfast available

"It is what it is "

After reading some reviews I felt compelled to write this review, me and my friends have been staying at this hotel for a number of years and yes it may be showing its age now and in need of a refurbishment but i have to say the Staff are brilliant i myself have seen all different members of staff over the years and they all have been brilliant, the Rooms although showing there age have always been clean and tidy I do not believe for a second that someone found human poo on there bed how ridiculous and hopefully people reading that review after seeing other reviews realise it was obviously trouble making rubbish. This hotel is perfect for short stays or for builders if your looking for all mod cons and breakfast then book in the Tolworth Premier inn just a few minutes down the road . I give 5 stars simply because the staff as I say are brilliant and because they do a fantastic job doing there best to keep the aging rooms as tidy and clean as possible.
