    "Great studio tour hotel"
We picked the hotel to be close to the Harry Potter Studio Tour. The stay was the perfect start to the trip. The staff were so friendly and helped to start the wizarding celebrations by giving our kids wands when we checked in. Special mention to Nutan too for helping me set up the breakfast area for a birthday surprise for my son.
"Nice friendly staff, good place to say"
Nice friendly staff, good place to say. Toilet was a bit worn but clean. Ideal for a small family and easy to get from here to other places around the city.
    "Poor"
Very dated the weekend that we stayed was very busy. Although the staff were absolutely lovely there wasn’t enough of them.. it has to be the worst premier that I’ve stayed in because it was a bit rundown. Breakfast was again poor because of the ratio of guests to staff. Had to wait for cooked food to be brought out waited 10 mins in a que for the hot drink machine
    "Falls short of Premier standards!!"
The hotel is tucked away behind a closed and boarded up burger restaurant which looks rather unsightly so don’t be fooled by the website image. There Are areas which look rather tired but just passable - carpets etc. Bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep and food was just OK but would fall short of standards set by the regular nearby eateries. Breakfast was again just Ok with black pudding served a little on the undercooked side. Food was also on the warm side by the time you got it to the table to eat. Would I stay at this Premier Inn again. Most definitely not. I believe that this particular hotel falls short on standards compared to other Premier Inns I have stayed at which is a real shame. Harry Potter Studio tour is great though!!
"Tired, dated, needs lots of TLC"
Although the staff are very friendly, this place is seriously understaffed. We have stayed here several times and are normally quite happy with this place but this time we couldn’t help but notice how generally scruffy it is. From the dirty, torn carpets to the filthy grouting in the tiles in the bathroom, and chipped paintwork and marks of squashed insects on the walls, this place is generally very tatty. Even the tables in the restaurant have been scrubbed so much that the varnish has worn off, but they are still very sticky. The food in the restaurant, although edible, is not worth the money unless you are on a meal deal. It’s in an ideal place to visit Harry Potter world and if you have children with you it’s very cheap as they eat for free. We won’t stay here again unless a complete re-furbishment is done
