      "Will not be coming back here again unless price drops or renovated "
      Let's start with the positives, near the arena and near city centre, comfortable bed. Decor in room, well out dated, on a hot day air conditioning was about as useful as a chocolate fire gaurd. In the bathroom was a bath with very high sides and no grab rail to help getting in and out. Because of the air conditioning the room was very stuffy and uncomfortable. We had paid bed and breakfast and on arrival was asked what time where we coming down for breakfast, as I had left my crystal ball at home I struggled to come up with a time I would wake up on Sunday morning. The response was if I did not give a time to book a table I may not be able to have breakfast which I had already paid for. Premier inn get a life stop overselling a product you can't deliver on. Was not very happy, 3 stars I thought was generous.

      Great service from when we arrived to when we left from Maria to Reece and Becky all great staff we will stay again As we want to come next year to another visit we will not go anywhere else so we rated the hotel from the rooms to the food all first class
      "Manchester stay"
      It's ok, it's not old hotel, so they need to update it and the rooms would looks nicer. Need plugs by the bed. More parking would be handy. Wasn't sure if the air con was working. I was awake till 2 am feeling hot but didn't want to go to the front desk as it was late so a phone in the room would of been great to ring up for a fan Staff were lovely and helpfulat check in and check out.

      Easy check in experience with helpful staff to guide us around the check in machines, lovely clean room, and fabulous friendly night staff; thank you Louie on night bar duty for making the perfect aperol spritz! Will definitely stay here again!
      "Great location"
      Great location. The hotel is close to the AO arena and bars/restaurants/shops. We had a twin room which was huge. Easy check in and out. Really comfy bed (although the pillow could have been softer) and great blackout curtains. Has a 24 hour bar.
