    "Great short break"
    Everything you come to expect from Premier Inn, clean comfortable room with an excellent bed for a great nights sleep. Well located to visit the coast and the Lakes as well as the Laurel & Hardy museum. Perfect for a short UK break. The breakfast is generous and sets the day up and Dave is a great host, ensuring that you get everything that you want. Friendly and attentive and ably assisted by Shannon to make sure all guests are happy and have everything they need.
    "Amazing customer service"
    The manager here was an absolute angel when I booked the wrong hotel for business by accident. She helped me reorganise my booking all within about 30 minutes and was so calm and kind. She made a very long journey end on a positive and I am very grateful for her wonderful kindness and amazing customer service, thank you !
    "Never look forward to it."
    Stay in these places for work and I hate them. Lead lined walls so you lose phone signal then have to sign up for poor unsecured WiFi or pay for so called premium. Rooms have no windows that open so you have to rely on a huge noisy air con system that just drones on 24 hours a day. At night it keeps you awake because it's in the ceiling droning on and you can't do anything about it. You have to book time slots for food and it's just kids meals. All frozen stuff. The much lauded beds are now sagging on the sides and you have to tell someone you need your room checked to change towels etc. Rant over have a lovely stay.
    "On the edge of the lake district in a lovely market town"
    This is a Fairly new Premier Inn, with air conditioning throughout, great restaurant and small bar, comfortable well maintained rooms, clean throughout, close to the Lake District and in the lovely market town of Ulverston, food is great especially evening meals although breakfast i could not complain either, for instance, the bacon was lean and the sausages were lovely - and the orange juice tasted like orange juice, I Enjoyed my stay, made more pleasant by the warm friendly staff - Thank you !!!!

    The day after we'd left the hotel i found that i had lost my siver necklace. I rang the the hotel . They said that theyd look for it. I wasn't very hopeful. The next day they rang me to say theyd found it. The lady who rang sounded delighted that it had been found. I'm so grateful to all concerned for your honesty and thoughtfulness. I'd like to say all the staff were friendly and helpful. As usual with Premier inns the room was clean, bedding spotless. The restaurant was bright and clean. Well cooked and presented food. The downside was the corridors and rooms smelt faintly like old cigarette smoke. The corridors and room were dismal.
