"Curates egg ( Good in parts )"
Our experience was a very positive one .The staff could not have been more helpful. They all went out of their way to look after us . They all value for money was exceptional. A thoroughly lovely experience.Premier inn never fail to impress . My only criticism was the booking experience . We arranged the meal deal which was delicious and really good value, as was the breakfast . However , the guy who organised the booking misrepresented the drinks package. When he told me I could have anything at all to drink , I jokingly said even champagne , he assured me , having spoken to his manager that was included . Unfortunately, that was not true , the spirits weren’t in the package .My husband bought a large g and t for me . He had to pay, which was good value but unacceptable under the circumstances . All in all my only complaint
"Great stay"
Having stayed at many premier inn hotels before, you know what to expect in terms of facilities and this hotel was no exception. However, what sets this one apart is the staff. I do not have the ladies name who was at reception, but she was very pleasant and happily engaged with my 8 year old son when he was wanting to show her his tennis trophies that he had won that day. He explained he was playing another tournament the next day and we were heading out to dinner. Anyway, when we returned from dinner to my son’s great delight, and ours, there was a note on his bed with some treats to say well done for tennis and good luck tomorrow. This was so lovely- thank you.

"Comfortable room and good nights sleep"
We arrived late at night and Natasha welcomed us. She was very friendly and helpful. We had a long journey and she gave us a lovely note with some biscuits and sachets of Ovaltine and Horlicks to help us sleep. Had a great nights sleep. Room nice and clean. Could probably do with an upgrade.
