    I rarely write reviews, but I just had to after my recent return to the Hampton Premier Inn. The stay was excellent as always, but what stood out the most this time was the incredible service from the receptionist, Jade. She was an absolute delight – friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Whether it was handling our slightly early check-in with a smile, giving us great local tips, or just making us feel at home after a long journey, she handled everything with grace and warmth. Jade made us feel like valued guests, not just room numbers. Customer service like this is hard to come by these days, and it truly elevated our entire stay.
