Take the hassle out of check-in by filling out your registration forms in advance. We’ll send you an email with a link to pre check-in, which needs to be completed before you can start your stay. Then all that’s left to do on arrival day is complete any outstanding steps, like picking up your keycard!
How does pre check-in work

All guests can use this service in Germany, provided that a direct booking is made via our Premier Inn website (limited availability of this service through third parties).
Entering your credit card details during pre-check-in is solely for identity verification and is required only for non-German nationals. It does not automatically guarantee a late arrival after 6 PM if your booking has not been paid for or no credit card has been provided as a guarantee.
If you have booked a Flex rate where payment is due upon arrival and did not provide a credit card as a guarantee during booking, please contact our reservation team at +49 (0) 69 244 330 431* to ensure your late arrival.
If you need to amend your booking after completing pre-check-in, please speak to our friendly reception team upon arrival to reconfirm your details in person. Unfortunately, any details previously submitted will no longer be valid after modifying your stay.

Before staying in our hotels in Germany, there are a few registration forms that need to be filled out for all guests. Pre check-in lets you do this in advance to save time so that on arrival day, you’ll only have the last few steps to complete, like picking up your keycard.
Pre check-in is available on bookings made via our Premier Inn website, the Premier Inn app or through our reservation centre. The service is limited when booking through third parties.
Pre check-in is available a week before your stay, and you’ll receive an email from us with a link to your forms.
Currently, additions or amends aren’t possible during pre check-in. Don’t worry though – you can easily book your breakfast or ask about Premier Plus availability at reception when you arrive at our hotel.
Only the lead guest in each room can complete pre check-in for that room. An email link will be sent to the lead booker, who can forward the pre check-in invitation to other guests to complete.
Once you’ve successfully completed your pre-check-in and paid for your stay, you can collect your keycard from our reception team on arrival.
For non-German nationals, providing a credit card for identity verification is required and a mandatory part of the pre-check-in process. No payment will be taken – we just need to check it’s you who’s staying with us and verify your card. If you don’t have a credit card, don’t worry – you can still check in with us at reception.
No – please speak to our reception team on arrival to pay for the rest of your stay. Your credit card details are only used for identity verification during pre-check-in due to legal regulations for non-German nationals.
Your stay won’t be guaranteed by providing your credit card details during pre-check-in – this is just for identity verification due to legal regulations for non-German nationals. If you booked using a Flex rate with the option to pay on arrival and have not provided a credit card upon booking to guarantee your stay, please call our reservation team at +49 (0) 69 244 330 431*.
Unfortunately, your pre check-in information will no longer be valid if you amend your stay. Please speak to our friendly reception team on arrival to sign your registration card in person.
