Your Business Account will let you dramatically reduce the time you spend checking expenses. For every booking you make online or over the phone, you can now input optional information: your guests' names, purchase order number and your own customer reference (a cost centre, or department name, for example). Can I book a room with my Premier Inn Business Account using this app?

Yes you can, simply select Business Account card from the drop down when booking using this app. Please note that at the moment this app does not support the pre-authorisation of spending on food, drinks and so on. Where can I use my Business Account?

You can use your Business Account at any Premier Inn in the UK, in the restaurant within or adjacent to a Premier Inn and in our meeting rooms and Touchbase meeting centres.

How do I make a group business booking?

Bookings of more than 9 rooms must be made by phone directly with the specific hotel. For contact details of each of our hotels, please see the hotel details page of your chosen Premier Inn.

Can I pre-authorise food and drinks on this app?

No, you can’t pre-authorise food and drinks using this app. If you’d like to do this, please make your booking at premierinn.com where you can securely pre-authorise charging meals and sundries, as well as accommodation for your guests to your Business Account. This includes parking, newspapers, breakfast and dinner at every Premier Inn restaurant.
