Are my card details safe?

Yes. This is a secure site, so all the details you enter as part of your booking are stored safely. You can check the security setting using your browser – just point your cursor on the form, right click your mouse and select ‘Properties’. You’ll see that this site uses a secure server and a high level of encryption.

Once you have saved your credit card details on your profile, we only reveal the last three digits of your card number. If you wish to edit your details stored in the member's area, the existing details will be wiped and the form cleared.

Remember: if you are making a booking for a future date beyond the expiry date of the card you have stored, you will be advised that the card is invalid and be required to enter an alternative card to complete the booking.

What is TINA?

TINA is Premier Inn's automated reservations assistant. TINA allows you to use all the time saving features of Premier Inn membership when using the phone. So once you're a registered member with TINA you don't need to tell her all your details every time you make a booking.

I’ve forgotten my TINA PIN, what should I do?

If you've forgotten your PIN select the 'Forgotten your PIN code?' link underneath the login details options and follow the simple instructions (making sure you enter the phone number you used to register with us).

I’ve forgotten my 'My Premier Inn' password, what should I do?

If you've forgotten your password select the 'Forgotten your password?' link underneath the login details options and follow the simple instructions (making sure it's the email address you used to register with us). We will then email the password to your registered email address.

How does ‘remember me’ work?

If you choose to use the ‘remember me’ functionality we will drop a cookie onto your PC which means that every time you come back to our website we will automatically log you into your membership profile.

We do not recommend that you use this option if you use a public or shared PC.

I cannot see all my bookings in 'My Premier Inn' account.

Bookings displayed are linked to registered details and therefore any bookings made prior to registering or made without first logging in will not be displayed.

If you have a booking reference you can use this to view your booking here. This option can also be found in the top right hand corner throughout our website.

I registered my room preferences but they don’t appear in my booking

In order for us to pre populate your booking preferences we need to know who you are. Please ensure you log in to My Premier Inn before you start your booking.

I don’t always have the same room requirements

If you don’t always use the same type of room, i.e. travel Monday – Friday on your own, travel at weekends with family, you can enter the room types you use most frequently as your preferences and change these in the booking process when you want something slightly different.

How do I remove my card details from 'My Premier Inn' profile?

All you need to do is login to 'My Premier Inn' and select the 'payment preferences' option. From here select 'delete card' and your details will be removed.

What’s the difference between ‘My Premier Inn account’ and a ‘Premier Inn Business account’?

A 'My Premier Inn account' enables you to keep track of your bookings and helps speed up the booking process by storing your details and preferences, whereas a 'Premier Inn Business account' is our free service which allows you to charge business expenses direct to your company, saving you time and giving you more control over your spending.

I’m locked out of 'My Premier Inn' account, what should I do?

Please call Central Reservations on 0871 527 9238* for assistance.

Central Reservations are open from 8am – 10pm Monday to Saturday and 9am - 10pm on Sundays.

*Calls to this number cost 13p a minute plus any additional charges from your phone operator.

Can I close my 'My Premier Inn' account?

Yes you can, simply follow the 'Close My Premier Inn account' link below, enter your email address and password and click 'Confirm account closure'.
