How many people do family rooms accommodate?

Most Premier Inns have family rooms that can accommodate a family consisting of up to two adults and two children (aged 15 and under), in a spacious, family sized room.

Premier Inn can provide cots at no extra charge.

Please note that family rooms are not available at a few hotels including Basildon (East Mayne) and Northampton West (Harpole). Where family rooms are not available, a second room for up to two children aged 15 and under will cost 50% of the normal room rate at the weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights). To book this second room for 50% customers will need to contact the chosen hotel directly. This cannot be booked online.

How do I make a group booking?

If you want to book five rooms or more, please use our Group Bookings service.

Alternatively you can contact our group bookings team on 0871 527 9253* for more information. Our group bookings desk is open from 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm on Saturdays.

What is Premier Inn's group booking policy?

If you have made a group booking for 15 rooms or more, 50% of the booking total will be required 28 days prior to arrival and the remaining 50% 14 days prior to arrival; with these payments being non refundable.

If your group booking is for more than 4 rooms and less than 15 rooms, the total amount must be paid 14 days prior to arrival and is non refundable.

Why can't I book a room for 3 adults or more?

Premier Inn’s policy does not allow more than 2 adults to a room therefore you will need to book two rooms or more if you have three or more adults in your party.

At Premier Inn guests aged 16 years and above are classed as adults.
