Option one: Room Only
Book a room by the full day or half day, then tailor the meeting to your needs by adding your own choice of catering and additional equipment.
Option two: Day Delegate Package
The most cost-effective way to book full-day meetings for larger groups. It includes everything you’re likely to need for one all-inclusive price per person*.
The Day Delegate Package includes:
• All-day room hire
• Sandwich lunch for all delegates, with option to upgrade to a restaurant lunch
• 3 servings of tea, coffee and biscuits – on arrival, mid-morning & mid-afternoon
• Unlimited still and sparkling water
• Free Wi-Fi
• Whiteboard and markers, or a flipchart and pens
• A flat screen or digital projector (on request)
• Pad and pencils
