These are the terms and conditions that apply to the promotional code that you have received. By making a booking using the promotional code, you agree to these terms and conditions.
The 20% discount promotion is available for new bookings made directly with Premier Inn through the website and app. The discount will only apply for stays from 25th June to 27th August 2026 (the “Stay Period”). The discount applies when you make a Standard rate room booking from 28th May to 10th June 2026. Standard rate bookings require full payment at the time of booking and are both non-refundable and non-cancellable from the point of booking. Hotels are subject to availability, which cannot be guaranteed for any location on any specific date. Please check alternative participating hotels and dates if your selection is not available. Advertised rates are room only and inclusive of VAT.
The promotion applies to new bookings made using the promotional code you received in the email, and bookings must be completed via the Premier Inn website or mobile app. The promotion is not applicable to existing bookings. The promotion is valid only for bookings that fall within the promotional Stay Period. Any bookings outside the Stay Period do not qualify. Multiple bookings are permitted up to a maximum of 7. The promotion applies only to the following Premier Inn hotels and does not apply to any other Premier Inn locations:

• Bracknell Central

The promotion does not include Premier Inn hotels in the UK unless specified above, Germany, Austria, Republic of Ireland and the Middle East. Existing bookings over the Stay Period are not eligible for the offer. The discount will be lost if the booking is amended to a date outside of the Stay Period.
The promotion is limited to a maximum of 7 rooms per booking and cannot be used by Premier Inn Business Account customers. The discount cannot be applied in conjunction with any other discounts or offers and is not compatible with the Whitbread Group Plc employee discount.
Your booking cannot be cancelled or refunded once made. However, you can amend the date of your booking up until 1pm UK time on the day of arrival, subject to the following conditions:
(i) The amended booking must be on a like-for-like basis (same rate type, same hotel, same number of rooms and type of rooms, and the same stay duration);
(ii) The first night of the amended booking must be within 18 months of the date you were first due to arrive;
(iii) If you make any later amendments to the date of your booking, the first night of the amended booking must still be within 18 months of the arrival date of your original booking;
(iv) If the total value of the new stay is less than the original booking pre-payment, you will not receive a refund for the difference;
(v) If the total value of the new stay is more than the original booking pre-payment, the remaining balance is payable on arrival; and
(vi) All amended bookings will remain fully non-refundable and non-cancellable.
If you amend your booking to dates that are within the stay window outlined in your email, the discount will still apply. If you amend your booking to a date outside of the stay widow, the discount will not transfer to the amended booking and you will have to pay for any increase in cost.
If you amend your booking to upgrade your room from a standard room to a Premier Plus room or Room With a View, the discount will not apply to the cost of the upgrade and you will have to pay for any increase in cost.

All hotels, rooms and dates are subject to availability.
The discount is based on the price of the room at time of booking.
The discount cannot be applied in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.
The discount applies to the room rate only and advertised rates are inclusive of VAT. The discount does not apply to breakfast or any other food or beverages or any other purchases you make at the hotel.
We cannot guarantee availability for any location on any specific dates and other restrictions may apply. Please check alternative hotels and dates if your selection is not available.
