Introducing the Dream Catcher, a delicious blend of Vodka, passion fruit, and citrus with a hit of ginger that’s available at over 250 of our hotel bars from November 7th. Created by famous mixologist Pritesh Mody, who launched the new cocktail at The Social in our Premier Inn London Stratford, the Dream Catcher is a festive take on a Pornstar Martini with a warming ginger twist and purple hue, topped off with vegan foam that’s as fluffy as our pillows.

Using a British vodka and a citrus alternative to cut down on the carbon footprint associated with exotic fruit, the Dream Catcher also uses World of Zing’s Frugal Bottle, a sustainable alternative to traditional glass and plastic bottles. Made from 94% recycled paperboard with a food-grade pouch, it is five times lighter than glass, has six times lower carbon footprint, and uses 77% less plastic than traditional plastic bottles.
