Where do I enter my promotional code?
Once you’ve chosen when and where you’d like to stay with us, you can apply your discount on the hotel page by clicking the arrow next to 'Enter your code'.
After entering your code, click ‘Apply’ to see the discount reflected in your booking total.

Why isn’t my promotional code working?
There are a few reasons why your promotional code might not be working:
- The code has expired
- The stay dates you’ve selected aren’t eligible
- The room rate you’ve selected isn’t eligible
- The code has already been used
- You're trying to book more than 7 rooms
- The code was entered incorrectly (watch out for spaces or typos!)
- The code is case sensitive, so watch out for capital letters
Double check the terms and conditions of the offer before trying again.

Can I use more than one promotional code on the same booking?
No, you’ll only be able to apply one promotional code per booking, and your code can only be used once.

Do promotional codes expire?
Yes, all of our promotional codes have an expiry date. Expired codes can’t be extended or reactivated, so make sure you use yours before the end date! You’ll find your promotional code expiry date in the email we sent you.

Can I use a promotional code after confirming my booking?
No – promotional codes cannot be applied once you’ve completed a booking with us. If you need any help, please contact our UK reservations team by calling 0333 003 8101.

Does my promotional code work at hotel locations as well as online?
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes are only valid for online bookings.

Can I amend my booking?
Yes, you can amend the date of your booking until 1pm (UK time) on the day of arrival. You can change your booking to dates both inside and outside the promotional stay window.
Please note – if you move your booking to a date outside the promotional stay window, your promotional code discount will not transfer to the amended booking, and you’ll have to pay for any difference in price.
To amend your booking, you’ll need to contact our UK reservations team on 0333 003 8101.
Your booking cannot be cancelled or refunded once made. -
What rate(s) can I use the promotional code on?
Promotional codes apply to Standard rate bookings only – discounts will not be available on any Flex, Semi-Flex, Advance or Business rate rooms.
