Yes, you'll need to enter the code you have received in the Free Breakfast promotional email in order to redeem the offer. The code can only be used on the Premier Inn website.

There are a few reasons why the offer might not appear: 

• Your selected stay dates are outside of the promotional stay period 
• The hotel you’ve selected isn’t included in the promotion 
• You are trying to book a room rate that isn’t eligible 
• You’re booking more than seven rooms 
  
• You didn’t enter the code correctly
• You're booking through the Premier Inn app or through a third-party site. The offer is only available on bookings made through the Premier Inn website.

Please check the promotion T&Cs and restart your booking if needed. 

No. The free breakfast offer must be redeemed at the point of booking by using the code. If you’ve already completed your booking without using the code, the offer cannot be added later.

Yes, you can amend the date of your booking until 1pm (UK time) on the day of arrival. You can change your booking to dates both inside and outside the promotional stay window. 

Please note – if you move your booking to a date outside the promotional stay window, your free breakfast offer will not transfer to the amended booking, and you’ll have to pay for any difference in price.

Your booking cannot be cancelled or refunded once made.
