Simply click the ‘book now’ link provided in the email. The link will take you directly to our Premier Inn website with the free breakfast offer already applied when you select the ‘Standard - plus free breakfast’
As long as you complete your booking through this link, free breakfast will be automatically included in your reservation (where eligible, please refer to T&Cs for eligibility).
No, you don’t need to enter a code. The free breakfast offer is applied automatically when you book a stay via the redeemable link in your email. You’ll know when the free breakfast is applied once you see and select the ‘Standard - plus free breakfast’ rate option.
If you want to change your hotel or stay dates before booking, you must do so using the same internet browser window that you opened via the original email link. Please don’t open a new page or visit our website separately, as your free breakfast offer will not carry over.
If you refresh the page, the free breakfast offer will be removed. If this happens, you’ll need to click the original booking link in your email again and start your booking journey from the beginning to ensure the offer is correctly applied.

No. The free breakfast offer must be redeemed at the point of booking by using the original link. If you’ve already completed your booking without using the link, the offer cannot be added later.
Yes, you can amend the date of your booking until 1pm (UK time) on the day of arrival. You can change your booking to dates both inside and outside the promotional stay window.
Please note – if you move your booking to a date outside the promotional stay window, your free breakfast offer will not transfer to the amended booking, and you’ll have to pay for any difference in price.

Your booking cannot be cancelled or refunded once made.
The free breakfast offer applies to Standard rate bookings only. It is not valid on Flex, Semi‑Flex, Advance or Business rate bookings.
