Checking in online is now available at selected hotels, via the Premier Inn app only (available on Android and iOS). When completing check-in online, you will need to provide details of all guests and make full payment online, including any extras such breakfast, Meal Deal or Wi-Fi. After you have completed check-in online, you will no longer be able to cancel or amend your reservation. When you arrive at the hotel, simply scan the QR code at the kiosk and collect your key.
