Why should I check-in online?
Checking in online, prepaying and providing your information in advance will make your arrival speedy and hassle free.
How far in advance of my arrival can I check-in online?
Online check-in is available either one or two days before arrival, depending on which hotel you are booked into. Online check-in is not available after midday on your arrival day.
Check in online is not available at all hotels.
I have a few rooms on my booking, can I check in one room at a time?
All rooms on a booking are included when checking in online. You cannot check in individual rooms.
I have more than one room on my booking, can I check-in the whole booking without knowing the names of all the guests in the rooms?
You must provide the name of the lead guest in every room on a booking, along with their nationality and passport details (if required).
Can I cancel my booking after checking-in online?
The cancellation terms & conditions for your booking are not affected by whether you have checked in online. Please check the terms & conditions for the rate you have booked for our cancellation policy.
A booking was made on my behalf and I don’t have the card that was used to pay/book. Can I still check-in online?
Yes, you can still check in online, but you can't add any extras to the booking until you arrive at the hotel.
