How far in advance of my arrival can I check-in online?

Online check-in is available either one or two days before arrival, depending on which hotel you are booked into. Online check-in is not available after midday on your arrival day.

I have a few rooms on my booking, can I check in one room at a time?

All rooms on a booking are included when checking in online. You cannot check in individual rooms.

I have more than one room on my booking, can I check-in the whole booking without knowing the names of all the guests in the rooms?

You must provide the name of the lead guest in every room on a booking, along with their nationality and passport details (if required).

Can I cancel my booking after checking-in online?

If you have booked a Flex rate, your booking can be cancelled up until 1pm on the day of arrival, even if you've already checked in online. 

 

Non-Flex rate bookings can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking, even if you've already checked in online.

A booking was made on my behalf and I don’t have the card that was used to pay/book. Can I still check-in online?

Yes, you can still check in online, but you can't add any extras to the booking until you arrive at the hotel.
