What will I find in my Premier Inn room?
Every Premier Inn room features:
En-suite bathroom, Comfortable double bed with duvet, Remote control TV, Tea and coffee making facilities, Spacious desk area. We also offer irons, hairdryers, and free cot hire - all available on request.
All of our hotels in the UK and Ireland operate a no-smoking policy throughout.
How many people do family rooms accommodate?
Most Premier Inns have family rooms that can accommodate a family consisting of up to two adults and two children (aged 15 and under), in a spacious, family sized room.
Premier Inn can provide cots at no extra charge.
Please note that family rooms are not available at a few hotels including Basildon (East Mayne) and Northampton West (Harpole). Where family rooms are not available, a second room for up to two children aged 15 and under will cost 50% of the normal room rate at the weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights). To book this second room for 50% customers will need to contact the chosen hotel directly. This cannot be booked online.

What is the maximum number of adults you can accommodate in any room?
Premier Inn’s policy does not allow more than 2 adults to a room therefore you will need to book two rooms or more if you have three or more adults in your party.
At Premier Inn guests aged 16 years and above are classed as adults.
Do rooms have air conditioning?
Not all our hotel rooms have air conditioning. To find out if your chosen Premier Inn hotel has air conditioned rooms, please see the hotel's details page.
Are hairdryers provided?
Most of our hotels do now have hairdryers in the rooms. If you are staying at one of our hotels that do not supply hairdryers in the rooms, you can borrow one from reception. You may be required to pay a deposit but this is refundable upon return of the hair dryer.
Are travel adaptors for electrical devices provided?
Whilst staying in a Premier Inn hotel you may need to bring along a UK travel adapter. Plugs in the UK are 3-pronged and run at 220-240V.
