Why should I check-in online?

Checking-in online makes your arrival a speedy and hassle free experience. By pre paying your booking and providing the necessary guest information, you spend less time at reception and more time making yourself comfortable in your room.

How far in advance of my arrival can I check-in online?

Online check-in is available either 1 or 2 days before arrival, depending on which hotel you are booked into.

I have a few rooms on my booking, can I check in one room at a time?

All rooms on a booking are included when checking-in online. You cannot check-in individual rooms.

I have more than one room on my booking, can I check-in the whole booking without knowing the names of all the guests in the rooms?

You must provide the name of the lead guest in every room on a booking, along with their nationality and passport details (if required).

Can I cancel my booking after checking-in online?

If you have booked a flexible rate, your booking can be cancelled up until 1pm on the day of arrival. Premier Saver bookings cannot be cancelled as they are non amendable and non refundable.

Can I amend my booking after checking-in online?

Bookings cannot be amended after online check-in has been completed. You can add extras (breakfast, meal deal or WiFi) to your booking during the online check-in process, before payment is taken.

Can I check-in online at any hotel?

Check-in online is available at participating hotels only. If the booking you have made is eligible to check-in online, you will be presented with opportunities to check-in at the end of your booking, when logged into your My Premier Inn account and by email.

A booking was made on my behalf and I don’t have the card that was used to pay. Can I still check-in online?

Yes you can still check-in online, unfortunately you cannot add any extras to the booking until you arrive at the hotel.

A booking was made on my behalf and I don’t have the card used to book, can I still check-in online?

Yes you can still check-in online once full payment for the booking has been made.
