    "Great stay"
We had a lovely stay. Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Free easy car parking. Great location for going to Legoland with my family.
    "Amazing experience"
Amazing experience. Great staff. We had a lovely time there. I highly recommend it. Good parking. The food was delicious
    "Avoid disgustingly hot"
We arrived after a long day at Legoland. Check in was easy but finding our room wasnt, up and down stairs like a yoyo. Room 135 absolutely boiling, no aircom so 2 fans provided which did not even cut it. Slept with windows open so noisy due to main road. Hardly any sleep. Reported to reception on check out. They said sorry. Read up on good night guarantee, so rung up and applied for it. They refused. It was quite simply awful. Only good thing was the beefeater food was delicious as was the service in the beefeater. Won't return ever.
"Like sleeping in the pits of hell"
The hotel has no air-con so the windows had been opened and two fans placed in the room before our arrival. Unfortunately, all this did was blow hot air around the room and it was unbearably warm and the air was dry. We couldn’t close the windows but being on the main road, it meant that we were up most of the night due to the sound of constant traffic passing by at all hours. The rooms seem significantly smaller than other other Premier Inns we have stayed in previously (of which there are quite a few) but our room was clean and well presented. The staff were great and obviously did the best they could under the circumstances but I can imagine this causes them some grief. We had dinner and breakfast which I thought was nice and to similar standards of other Beefeaters we have been to. The lady at breakfast appeared to mostly be on her own FOH and was none stop running around replenishing items and sitting/clearing tables. She’s definitely over worked and clearly undervalued to expect her to run around like that. The hotel is clearly hugely underfunded and could do with some attention starting with aircon - you can’t be on a main road like that and expect people to keep windows open and get a good sleep. Can’t say I would stay here again unfortunately and it was a bit frustrating when travelling 4 hours each way and spending two busy days in theme parks with the kids and not being able to have a decent nights sleep.
    "Stuck in the 70s"
Truly awful 😞 Room is boiling hot as air conditioning not working so they have provided Dana for my pleasure to move the warm air around my room But the food…. Oh the food. I think the chef did one week of catering college and say ‘nah, this isn’t for me’ The mixed grill… served today, a Wednesday, was cooked four months ago and reheated Truly Britain does provide the worst food in Europe Dear reader…. Buy a tent or sleep in your car
