Very nice rooms with nice a friendly staff very helpful with everything we needed beds were very comfortable bathroom was nice and clean

"Lack of Hot Water at Premier Inn Addlestone"
I have contacted Guest Relations, and I am disappointed with the outcome.
Their response does not acknowledge nor empathise with the extent of the inconvenience caused.
After reporting the lack of hot water, I was moved to a second room, which was highly inconvenient as I had already unpacked my belongings and was extremely tired.
More importantly, the room move did not resolve the problem. The receptionist checked the hot water in the replacement room for a few minutes beforehand, but when I later attempted to run a bath, the exact same issue occurred. The water fluctuated and became cold, leaving me without a reliable supply of hot water once again.
I immediately informed the receptionist of this and specifically asked him to record the details on the system. He acknowledged the ongoing issue, apologised, advised me to pursue the complaints process to seek a refund and admitted that this is a common issue at this hotel. There is CCTV footage at reception confirming that I returned to report that the replacement room had the same unresolved problem.
The key point is that I paid for a room with basic expected facilities, including reliable hot water, and this was not provided in either room. As such, the room change cannot reasonably be considered a resolution, as the same fault remained throughout my stay.
I have always chosen Premier Inn because of its reputation for comfort, reliability and consistency. This experience fell well below those expectations and has left me extremely disappointed, particularly given the time and effort now required to pursue a resolution.
In light of the above, I strongly request that this matter be reviewed again and that a full refund be issued without further delay.
Should this matter remain unresolved, I will have no option but to escalate my complaint further and share my experience, together with the supporting evidence and videos I have retained, through the appropriate channels, including on review sites and social media platforms.

"Self Check-In Fails Again, but Superhero Richard Saves the Day"
Another stay at Premier Inn Addlestone and, sadly, the self-check-in experience was as frustrating as ever. The machines didn’t work properly – something that seems to happen far too often. It’s a disappointing reflection of the modern obsession with reducing front-line staff and replacing them with technology that simply isn’t up to the job.
Thankfully, Richard came to the rescue. This one-man superhero appeared to be doing the work of an entire team – check-in manager, chef, barman and chambermaid all rolled into one! Despite being clearly busy, he dealt with my issue quickly, professionally and with a smile. Without him, the start of my stay would have been far less pleasant.
The room itself was exactly what you’d expect from Premier Inn – clean, comfortable and well maintained. The famous Premier Inn bed remains as comfortable as ever and guarantees a good night’s sleep.
My only other question: why are the pillows so hard? Surely after all these years someone must have mentioned it!
Overall, a good stay thanks largely to Richard, who deserves recognition for keeping the place running smoothly despite being stretched across multiple roles.

"Great visit"
Very helpful & friendly staff on arrival, very clean & comfortable room, excellent food service, all cooked to perfection & a great breakfast in the morning to fuel up for the day before departure
Close to shops & the railway station
Lovely visit & would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area

Stayed here end of April and Filipe let me check in early as I wasn’t feeling well. He was a great help to me. Nice guy.
