Addlestone hotel

I stayed at this hotel along with many other guests attending a nearby wedding and was extremely disappointed by our experience. During breakfast, a member of staff behaved in a rude and confrontational manner, publicly calling me over from the hotel lobby to move a table back less than a metre. The incident was unnecessary, humiliating, and upsetting, particularly as it happened in front of family, friends, and children, ultimately overshadowing what should have been a special occasion. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated issue. Staff were generally unhelpful when assistance was requested, and several members of our group reported housekeeping entering their rooms on checkout day before the checkout time had passed and while they were still inside. When I raised a formal complaint, Premier Inn's response was simply to refund the breakfast that I had already advised I would not be attending because of the treatment we had received. Given the seriousness of the complaint, this felt wholly inadequate. Sadly, the poor customer service and lack of respect shown to guests left a lasting negative impression. I would not stay at this hotel again and would advise others to consider alternative accommodation.

Our 3rd visit to this hotel when visiting the local Merlin parks. Ideally located with air conditioning, free parking, decent WiFi, and a lovely premier inn breakfast in quiet restaurant that you don't need to book. Room as expected from premier inn. Slightly bigger 4 bed rooms than some. Clean comfortable and nothing to complain about. Comfy beds, clean linen etc. Can park outside for free for 1 hour. Multi story 5 mins walk away for longer. One one night we arrived at multi story at 8pm and it was completely full. It took us 25 mins to drive to the top and back down again, because this car park is TIGHT and often involved others reversing out the way as turning circles from ramps are simply not big enough. I parked for my free hour at premier inn and I was lucky at 9.20 as someone left and I took their space in the still full car park. This was quite stressful. Waitrose is downstairs, ideal to grab morning picnic supplies. Tesco extra is about 2 mins drive away. Plenty of places to eat locally, and cinema etc. I'm sure we will be back for a 4th visit. Excellent value stay considering free parking and air conditioning.

The picture of the hotel building looks really modern and yet inside and it’s really anything other thanks this. Tired hotel room. No water or USB charging points. Parking is offsite. I booked premium WiFi - could not access need a redeem code. Not provided and reception closed when tried to find out. Try an d manage booking online - it kept saying issue try later. Then to call it wanted me to call a charged phone line. Really rubbish experience. Won’t be in rush to book premier inn - will be last resort!

Moni was very welcoming with beautiful smiles who deserves to meet and greet. She has given the postcode for parking which helps and allowed us to have our evening meal at 730. The rice meals were delicious different menu from other hotels. Moni made our stay worthwhile.
