"Room change arranged in a flash"
I was welcomed nicely in reception and allocated a room. Having stayed many times before this particular room was an adjoining room. It was noisier than I was used to. I decided to go to reception and ask for a room change. Jackee arranged a different room, quickly and with understanding that I just needed a peaceful room. Thank-you Jackee for sorting this for me. I really appreciated the fast service. Many thanks. New room is peaceful.

Location great for our trips to chessington world of adventures & Thorpe park the following day, although busy it did not stop the level of service! We visited same time last year and it was awful, great to see such massive improvements in all areas, lovely breakfast, love room, lovely staff! We will return again next year for our annual trips!

The room was dated and in need of refurbishment. No USB sockets at all which was very frustrating. Bathroom floor needed a good scrub around the edges. The whole place needs money throwing at it to bring it up to scratch as it’s in a good location.

Bathrooms need updating, cleaning not great, mold on tiles.
The massive let down, is the additional parking.. full of rubbish, old furniture, looks disgusting and it's a massive shame as it gives a poor impression. No pride in their hotel area.
