"OK, but standards of service slipping"
Stayed at this hotel many times over the years when going to Wimbledon for the tennis. Always been good but this time there were a few things that showed a lack of attention which let it down. There were no cups in the room, so we went and asked for some but the receptionist forgot so we had to ask again. Also there was only one set of towels despite two people staying and the net curtain for the window had fallen down but hadn’t been put back up. The staff member running the breakfast service on both mornings clearly didn’t want to be there with little customer service. All a bit sad and hope the service improves going forward.
      "Disappointed"
Wonderful location. Room hot no air con although a fan was provided but not enough. Cobwebs in bathroom and above the bed. Shower floor cracked and broken and had lost its non slip quality
      "Could be Improved"
The location for my needs was ideal and the price was good. Plenty of parking and the hotel quite attractive. My welcome was quite underwhelming (no eye contact) - they also told me that I had included breakfast (I hadn’t). The room was ok - no A/C here but on the hottest day of the year to date it was reasonably comfortable. Ventilation in the bathroom was poor and the shower tended to spray the floor - I’m guessing that’s why some mould was evident. Otherwise pretty clean. The Chef and Brewer next door was ok, though service slow despite being empty (apart from the bar/pub) and one of the servers was complaining about her manager rather than the task in hand. Breakfast was ok ish but on the second day I realised that they stopped serving at 9am - wasn’t particularly clear and I’ve never come across such an early finish - especially as it was a buffet service. I would say that they could do better but would consider staying again.
      "Dreary"
We have been staying at the premier in cobham over a ten year period and in that time we have seen it slowly deteriorate. The rit has set in. Reinvestiment to make this place seem happy and alive. It’s well worn. It is dreary. Time to spend your money whitbreds and invest in your businesses not take it for profit. Mouldy bathrooms and all. Really on positive feedback just cons try tube criticism
      "Overnight stay"
The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable Unfortunately the breakfast was not 100% The scrambled egg looked inedible, I didn't try it and there were no fried eggs available while I ate my breakfast.
