"Nice hotel, even better staff!"
Lovely little hotel, got a really nice vibe as soon on as well entered. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed. The two members of staff I encountered during my trip - Yvonne and Lidia - were beautiful souls happy to help. Decent location with lots of shops and restaurants close. Very good value, especially for Cobham - he even more so when you consider the service I got from the lovely ladies on reception!

"Looks like it only gets a proper clean once a month"
Staff were fine and the pub attached was nice, friendly staff behind the bar. The room was disgusting, stains all over the headboards, dirt on the bed, drawer was missing a handle so it couldnt be used, unpainted walls, the soap bottle looked so dirty that i think it would of made my hands worse, broken and moldy bathroom door and so much dirt in the bathroom that there was a line of dirt and hair behind the door.

Overall worst Premier Inn we have stayed in. Grubby appearance, needs TLC. Breakfast OK but a little cool. Had to ask for plates

Travelled with friends but given rooms at opposite ends of the hotel although we arrived together. No house phone and no drinking glasses. Although we were a couple only towels for one in the bathroom but they were supplied quickly on request. Room was a bit tired looking. Breakfast was very sparse but no attempt was made to fill up the serving dishes so we basically got tepid remains. Although the staff were present we had to ask for plates as only one was left. We have stayed in many Premier Inns and been happy with the standards and value but sadly this one did not meet expectations.

"A really great family stay in a great reasonably priced facility."
It was an excellent stay. The lady who was hosting on reception was incredibly accommodating of our family. As a family of 5 it’s difficult finding rooms big enough. We had originally booked two separate rooms, and had been planning to divide ourselves up with one adult in one room with two of our children, and one in the other with one of our children. Seeing this the lady hosting made sure we got two rooms with interconnecting doors meaning that me and my wife could be in one room and the children in the other.
