"Very good experience."
Clean comfortable room and with a well appointed bathroom. The bed was very comfortable.
Easy parking.
Good breakfast.
No noise so we had a good night's sleep.

"TV issues and bland food in restaurant."
TV very intermittent. Awful evening meal in restaurant but breakfast fine. Room was clean, comfortable and usual premier inn standard apart from TV issues. Disappointed with evening meal. The salted edamame beans had no trace of salt. The grilled halloumi and red pepper had very little evidence of being cooked apart from being warm. The cheese was completely white and no char grill. No taste in the salad including what was supposed to be pickled cabbage. There were no onion rings and the garlic bread had no smell or taste of garlic. Basically very bland and totally under seasoned. Breakfast by contrast was hot and well cooked.

Stayed overnight whilst working in the area. Lovely, huge room, booked Premier Plus and it was definitely worth it, I had an excellent nights sleep. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast in the morning was cooked fresh to order and was hot and tasty. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Good location and great value for money.

"Could be much better - Eat elsewhere"
While Premier in are normally really good I did feel this one has been a bit of a let down, the staff are the exception here though they were lovely the whole stay.
The stay was just littered with lots of little issues, the restaurant was the biggest let down, again lovely staff but the evening meal wasn't great, greasy over cooked chips, dry bun and no flavour in the burger. The breakfast wasn't much better and for the cost it wasn't great at ll

"Amazing staff"
Premier Inn Woking West
Booked a premium plus room at Woking West during a very warm week (to potentially take advantage of air con) - we arrived quite late on in the pm after visiting a close relative in hospital.
Hotel has plenty of parking.
Natalie and Tara were amazing hosts and made us feel super comfortable and welcome.
They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs - (tweaked back recently so changed room to shower versus shower over bath (104) - many thanks to Natalie and Tara for making a difficult time so much more comfortable - will be staying again in the next week or so.
