Woking West (A324) hotel

Spent a night at the Premier Inn as a family of 4 after a trip to Legoland. Two small children (both under 8) and two adults booked to stay in a family room. The room was a standard double room with two extra single beds squashed in. No floor space at all. Admittedly, we were staying during the heatwave, but the temperature in the room was unbearable. None of the bedrooms have air con, and the small fan we were provided just circulated hot air around a stuffy, over filled room. Would not stay here again.

We stayed in room 307 on the 5th June 2026. The site is made up of individual buildings with no lift and the restaurant is in another building. So not ideal if its bad weather going to reception or having your meal. The bed was okay but the pillows very firm, we asked for softer pillows but these still were no good. Generally the complex has seen better days. When we ordered our evening meal, we were eating our starter when the main meal arrived. No co-ordination with the server who took our order, to time the arrival better and the staff seem unprepared and the evening wasn't busy. In the building for the restaurant, evening meal is downstairs and breakfast is upstairs. Upstairs, there are too many steps going from table to coffee machine to continental breakfast, but at least the cooked breakfast is ordered at your table and brought to you. Even if you have no accessible needs this could be a challenge navigating the steps. Location to Thorpe Park was good but we will not stay here again.

The location itself was great, though some comments about the room would be that some places were quite dusty, one of the duvets had a stain that was yellow (not exactly sure what it was), the curtain was dirty and broken. The bathroom also had a few hairs in upon arrival. Apart from all that the service was great, all staff were so lovely! Especially one of the servers in the restaurant. As a whole, certainly not worth the price we paid.

I was very pleasantly surprised of how pretty the hotel was for it's busy location. One of the best Premier Inn's I've ever stayed in. It was very quaint, relaxing and lovely buildings and restaurant. It felt very peaceful and relaxing, didn't really realise the main road. The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was lovely, love the decor, size and cleanliness. Food choice was good for both breakfast and dinner. I went with my elderly parents, and all the staff went out of their way to help them, with their conditions, and were very patient with us. Everyone was helpful and friendly there, we can't thank them enough. I/we would definitely go back to this hotel again.

Had a lovely time time here! Location is lovely. Absolutely adore tbe restaurant building, very oldand rustic. The staff have been exceptionally kind and professional and helpful, especially Rosie.
