"Weekend stay"
When we first arrived both the staff on reception were more intent on eating their pizza than serving us. Even though we were only slightly early they refused us entry into our room to drop off our luggage.
The room was ok but the phone charger socket on one side of the bed was broken.
Shower was very good and water was hot.

"Friendly Staff and Great Experi"
I had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Epsom South. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and efficient. I really appreciated the little touches that made the stay special, and I felt well looked after throughout. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Epsom — excellent service all around!

"Terrible"
We booked here as it was good value and a quick stopover on a trip back from France. Whilst the room was a bargain (£35), you still expect the usual Premier Inn standard which from previous experiences is good, ie clean, tidy etc. In other words you know what you’ll get. On this occasion this definitely wasn’t the case. Check-in was slow (the chap on reception was busy serving in the bar). Family room was quite small in comparison to other Premier Inn family rooms. Bed was comfy as they normally are. What we didn’t expect was :
- Large stains on the carpet
- Mouldy shower
- Paint missing from the bathroom walls
- Dirt and hair in crevices in the bathroom
- Dirty soap dispenser
- Stained towels
- Dirty/unclean glass cups
- Marked/stained toilet seat
- Dirty restaurant
We arrived late at the hotel and were very tired after a full day of travelling from France. Given the delay in checking in (no one on the desk) we couldn’t be bothered with the fiasco of having to change rooms (given the overall look / age of the hotel we suspect the other rooms wouldn’t be much better).
No one even asked how our stay was when we departed.
All in all very disappointing for a Premier Inn,

"Weekend away"
Stayed at Premier Inn Epsom South Hotel with my family . The hotel staff was very polite and welcoming . We were a large group but the staff was patient . The bedrooms were clean and bedding was very clean

"Warmly Welcomed and Well looked after"
We are regular customers at Premier Inn and often stay at Epsom South (Burgh Heath) hotel. Our stays have spanned some four more years and the majority of the staff are friendly and helpful. One particular staff member, manager Laura is absolutely fantastic. We truly mean that. Every single time Laura is on duty, she goes over and above her duty. She helps us with our million bags, which is so very kind as both my other half and I have certain health issues, she makes sure the teas and milks are topped up for us, gives us an extra towel for our teen and even an extra mug. These may sound like little things, but believe me when someone goes out of there way to help and ensure our stay is comfortable and well thought about, it means the world to us. Nothing is too much trouble in fact. Laura is such a friendly and lovely lady as well. I'd go to say that over 50 percent of why we aim to stay at this particular premier inn, is solely because of her and that we love to say hi, are welcomed and helped.
A big thank you Laura, if you ever get to see this review, please know that we appreciate you and all you do.
A shout out too to the other manager Lisa, her daughter and ALL the staff there that make our stay as nice as it always is. Shout out to that chef too! I love your breakfasts!
