Epsom South hotel

Great room, excellent service, only ate in restaurant 1 evening, would give the food 3/5, service 4/5. Last 2 night stays had drinks in bar, great service 5/5. Great location to get train into London.

Easy check in/out and yet another couple of great nights sleep.

Epsom south is the best premier I have stayed in really friendly and professional staff especially Danielle and Harvey the rooms were really clean and comfortable and great value for the time I was there

I recently had food here in the evening. The food was absolutely delicious I went for the mixed grill, the staff are absolutely wonderful and very welcoming and their service was brilliant. Definitely would come back for food and definitely would recommend people to come try it

We stayed here before visiting Chessington and found it ideal, being only a 20‑minute drive away. There was plenty of parking and the hotel itself was very quiet — we were the only ones at dinner. Reception staff were great: very helpful and quick to respond, and when we needed a shower mat for our toddler it arrived straight away. We did have low stock of tissue paper in the room, but it was sorted immediately. These things happen, and they handled it well. Dinner was lovely. We chose the meal deal as we were having breakfast the next morning, and it was great value. The dinner options were tasty and well put together. Breakfast was also very nice; although there wasn’t a buffet due to how quiet it was, ordering from the menu didn’t quite give the same sense of value as being able to help yourself. I’m sure they would have happily brought more if we’d asked, but with a buffet you don’t feel like you’re putting anyone out. Overall, we would 100% recommend the hotel.
