"Great stay"
Room was clean and spacious. Air-conditioning was a life-saver in the +30 degrees heat! Ana in the hotel restaurant was amazing, she always made us feel welcome even though she was very busy, she's a gem and a true asset to the hotel.

"Nice Hotel"
The hotel is a convenient ten-minute walk along a path from the train station and just four miles from the airport. The hotel itself was clean, and we found the staff to be welcoming and very pleasant.
We had both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and were not disappointed with either. Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
I always prefer to stay at a hotel near the airport the night before we travel, and I found this location to be very convenient. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would happily stay here again.

Just back from 2 nights staying at the premier inn at Staines. Great location for a day trip into London and Thorpe Park. We ate breakfast and evening meal here. Food was okay but zero complaints given the great deal for families with kids eating free with paying adult at breakfast and evening. Must mention an exemplary employee named Ana who worked in the restaurant in the evenings. Despite being what appeared to be the only serving waitress in a busy environment, she was calm, friendly, went out of her way to make sure everyone was comfortable and had what they wanted and was always smiling đ we would absolutely stay here again as a base.

"Great staff"
Location was great for Thorpe Park. Friendly and attentive staff. Beds were really comfy but felt squashed in a family room with double and then two singles all next to each other. Only one of us could get out of bed without standing on another.
Meals were lovely. Despite an error from the kitchen it was dealt with efficiently by the staff.
Breakfast was good but some bits were cold either due to air con or just unlucky timing on our part.
