Epsom Central hotel

Great hotel, staff are friendly, Olivia is very hard working and always greats with a smile, can't fault the place.

The hotel itself is decent, slightly old and could do with a revamp though. The restaurant was awful. We went in for dinner and there were so many items not available leaving us with limited options. The bathrooms were not clean at all and stayed this way even the next morning at breakfast. We had pre paid for breakfast and it was terrible. There were no staff around to help, there were no spoons at the coffee station, soup spoons at the cereal counter which really was of no use to my 3 year old. I went to get hot breakfast and all the plates had food stains on them which I requested be removed, there were many plates taken away. The breakfast was cold too! The carpets are old and shabby, this restaurant is in serious need of a revamp! It wasnt pleasant.

Usual decent quality you expect from Premier Inn. Wanted to thank Dan and Tom on reception who looked after us particularly well. Its a good location and parking is good too. Would recommend for anywhere in Epsom. Easily walkable to town. Would stay here again

My experience at the hotel was absolutely magnificent. My greatest experience was with Olivia, she was tremendous at check-in, behind the bar and always prioritised customer experience. Massive thanks to Olivia I hope to return soon.

One of the worst Premierinns I have ever stayed in. Place smells as soon as you walk in. The carpet in the corridor to the rooms was strewn with debris and obviously not cleaned recently. The bathroom in the room needed a deep clean. No air con in room just a fan. Bar/pub attached is run down with staff arguing whilst I was waiting for a drink. We complained about room but they wouldn’t move us.
