Bagshot hotel

The staff were very helpful and friendly but the cleaning of the room left a bit to be desired. The bed was really comfortable

Hotel rooms filthy under staffed bar prices a little higher than normal, rear of the building looks derelict front in a poor state of repair. What staff there was fantastic and hard working. Management lied about our complaint took 3 weeks to get sorted.

The room was so hot I had to leave and didn’t stay. No way of cooling it down.. Wasted my money. Normally it’s fine although nothing special. Spoil my trip though.

Brilliant stay yet again! Ideal location, Love the staff here, they are always so helpful and accommodating. It was very clean, and will be back again with the kids, they left a lovely note and colouring pages for the kids

Yes, we stayed in a heatwave, but come on guys! No AC in any of the rooms, apart from 1. We were told only room 127 had AC. Why only one room? If you’ve got AC in one room and in the restaurant, why not in all the rooms. 3 fans placed in the room just blowing the 31 degree hot air around the room!! The hotel is very tired and dated and needs a complete refurb. Room was a decent size but poor decor and finishing. Extractor fan in bathroom not working!! Wi-Fi very poor. Premier inn, you are so better than this . I have stayed in various Premier Inns many times before and never had any real reason to write anything negative until now. Unfortunately, I believe the hotel condition has rubbed off on some of the reception staff too as they weren’t the most welcoming and friendly if I’m honest. In contrast, the staff, service and food in the adjoining Beefeater was great. Would definitely use the restaurant again but unfortunately that will not be possible and one of the staff said it would be closing for good very soon. Would I use Premier Inn Hotels again, yes definitely, but certainly not this one.
