    "Truly awful. DO NOT GO."
    Hotel is looking very tired from the outside and exterior/interior needs urgent attention. The walls are peeling in the corridors ( 6th floor ) the windows in the bedroom are old and rusty, the AC in the room did not work and the water pressure on the 6th floor was so low, it was almost impossible to have a shower !!! Blood stains found on pillows on arrival. NOT acceptable.

    Room and facilities were to the usual good Premier Inn standard. However , the outside of the hotel building is very run down and desperately in need of cleaning / refurbishment. Very off-putting as you approach after a long journey. Some maintenance also required in corridor on floor six. In my opinion, one of the poorest looking Premier Inns I have seen anywhere. Very close to the Putney Bridge tube station which was a bonus.

    We had a good sized twin room with a view of the river. Delicious cooked breakfast. All the staff we met were really lovely; smiling and friendly - especially the breakfast welcome. The outside of the hotel looks shabby but the rooms are fine. Good location right by the tube station and bus stops. Right by the gorgeous Fulham Palace park - great for kids or for a nice walk. Lots of lovely walks along the river too.

    It was very nice and peaceful the room was exceptionally clean and tidy along with the service given by Irfan being excellent alongside the breakfast being really nice.
